The staff here is fantastic, always helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and homely. It has nicely furnished rooms with amenities like a safe, television, and a fridge. The location is magnificent, convenient, and ideal for accessing bus links to Santa Monica and Venice Beaches, as well as UCLA Medical facilities.

The staff and management are incredibly attentive, and the queen room is equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV, plus there's a bathtub in the bathroom.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy bed. The location was perfect for me, within walking distance to UCLA and the charming Westwood Village. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Great location, on site parking is a real plus. I loved the feel of this place. Very clean. Loved the light breakfast. Loved the stairs. I hate taking elevators if I don't have to do so.

The bed needs a pillow top and softer pillows. The sound machine was a good idea. I would heartily recommend this hotel if the beds had pillow top matress pads and smaller, softer pillows.

The location was really great, backdoor of UCLA, the only downside was the noise coming from the W hotel right on the opposite side. Was a bit annoying as you can hear very loud music. In general, the hotel was really nice with very helpful staff and convenient parking.

Fridge in room and light breakfast provided. Free parking in Westwood.

The carpet in the room was stained, dirty and disgusting...made the entire room feel dirty. Submitted my complaint and they said it was on a list to be refurbished...then don't rent the room at this time!
